🌟 What is the Aerial Futures Show Case?
Participating in the aerial futures club is an opportunity to view other students showcased work. Whether you’re passionate about Urban Mobility, AI, Drone Delivery, Coding, or Drone Sports, this challenge is designed to test and showcase your skills in real-world applications.
🚁 Competition Categories
🔹 Urban Mobility & Smart Cities – Create a write that will revolutionize city transportation.
🔹 AI & Automation – Develop intelligent drone systems powered by machine learning.
🔹 Simulator Challenge – Participate in simulator competitions to face off on who is the Top Stick
👩🎓 Who Can Participate?
✔️ High school and college students passionate about STEM, aviation, and innovation.
✔️ Teams of 2-5 students (individuals can also apply!)
✔️ Beginners to advanced programmers, pilots, and engineers—everyone has a role to play!

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Set-up & Vendor Arrival Final preparations, vendor set-up, equipment check.
12:00 PM – 12:10 PM Welcome & Opening Remarks Kick-off announcements, event overview, introduction of judges & participants.
12:10 PM – 12:40 PM Drone Design Showcase + Build Presentation Teams present their drone designs and builds.
12:40 PM – 1:00 PM Live Drone Flying Showcase Teams demonstrate their built drones in flight.
1:00 PM – 1:20 PM Student Networking & Vendor Fair Students visit vendor booths, connect with each other, and explore opportunities.
1:20 PM – 1:50 PM Sim Flying Competition Pilot participants compete in judged simulator flights.
1:50 PM – 2:00 PM Closing Remarks & Awards Judge feedback, awards presentation, and acknowledgments.
2:00 PM Event Close & Tear-down Wrap-up and teardown.
